Plan view, every plate overlaid
Each build plate drawn from the same front-left corner at the same scale. The orange phantom line is the Ultimaker 2+ the lab used before.
- H2S340 × 320
- H2C330 × 320
- X2D · X1C256 × 256
- Ultimaker 2+224 × 224
Plate area grows 2.2 times from the old Ultimaker 2+ to the H2S. Counting height, the H2S holds 3.6 times the volume.
Six heated chambers
Every H2C, X2D and H2S heats its chamber to 65 °C. That keeps ABS, ASA, nylon and polycarbonate from warping, so engineering parts print on the first try.
